目的··:评价雷米芬太尼 (Rem)的依赖性潜力。方法·· :采用大、小鼠催促戒断模型、大鼠自然戒断模型、大鼠条件性位置偏爱模型和药物辨别模型进行评价。结果·· :(1)在催促戒断试验中 ,小鼠没有出现明显的戒断反应 (P>0.05);(2)大鼠催促戒断试验中 ,Rem在出现死亡的剂量下 ,只观察到轻微的戒断症状(P<0.05);(3)在自然戒断试验中 ,大鼠没有出现明显的戒断反应;(4)在条件性位置偏爱试验中 ,Rem5.0μg·kg-1形成了明显的条件性位置偏爱效应;(5)在大鼠药物辨别试验中 ,Rem20μg·kg-1 能完全替代大鼠对2.5mg·kg-1 吗啡的辨别效应。结论·· :Rem具有产生精神依赖性和身体依赖性的潜力 ,但由于其作用时间短 ,较难形成身体依赖性 ,而其精神依赖性的形成 ,不受药物作用时间的影响
Objectives: To evaluate the dependence potential of remifentanil (Rem). Methods · · ·: large and mouse reminder abstinence model, natural withdrawal rats model, conditional conditioned place preference model and drug identification model for evaluation. RESULTS: (1) There was no obvious withdrawal response in mice during the withdrawal test (P> 0.05); (2) Rem was abstinent from withdrawal test and only Rem was observed at the time of death (3) In the natural withdrawal test, there was no obvious withdrawal response in the rats; (4) In the conditioned place preference test, Rem5.0μg · kg-1 (5) Rem 20 μg · kg -1 can completely replace the discrimination effect of 2.5 mg · kg -1 morphine in rat drug identification test. CONCLUSIONS: Rem has the potential to develop both mental and physical dependence, but due to its short duration of action, it is more difficult to develop body dependence and its psychic dependence is independent of the duration of the drug
