风景画是绘画中的一个重要门类,它具有独立的品格。专门从事风景画创作的画家各国均不多,而以风景画为主题发行邮票,在世界各国邮政中则更少些。但是,苏联邮政部门从上个世纪的1948年至苏联解体的1991年43年间,共发行以风景画为主题,或在套票中含有风景画邮票和小型张的达24套,加上1992～2006年俄罗斯发行的邮票,共达30余组套、有几十枚之多。
Landscape painting is an important category of painting, it has an independent character. Painters specializing in landscape painting are small in number in all countries, whereas the issue of landscape-themed stamps is even less popular among countries in the world. However, the Soviet Union’s postal service issued a total of 24 sets of landscape paintings and mini-posters with the theme of landscape painting from 1948 in the last century to the 1991-43 period of the Soviet Union’s dissolution. In addition, Postage stamps issued in Russia in 2006, a total of more than 30 sets, as many as dozens.
