针对目前非均匀有理B样条曲线插补加减速控制方法的不足,提出了一种基于速度敏感区尖点的分段插补新方法.该方法根据NURBS曲线的几何特性,以速度敏感区尖点对NURBS曲线进行分段,并结合弓高误差限制和机床加减速能力采用S型加减速方法进行速度规划处理.在指定的NURBS曲线及参数环境下进行的仿真实验表明,新方法较自动调节进给速度插补方法最大弓高误差减小了76.7%,最大加速度减小了76.7%,最大加加速度减小了94.0%,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
Aiming at the deficiency of the current non-uniform rational B-spline curve interpolation acceleration and deceleration control method, a new segment interpolation method based on the tip of velocity-sensitive region is proposed.
