这套练功法主要是由臀部和腿的活动组成。通过髋、膝和踝等关节活动,滑利上述关节,增加腰腹、臀部和腿部肌肉力量,松懈臀、腿部分软组织粘连和痉挛,以及提高上述软组织活动功能。此外,通过这套练功,还能矫正脊柱和骨盆的畸形等疾病。 第一节 左右转膝 预备姿势:两脚并拢,腿伸直,上体前屈,两手扶膝(眼视前下方)。(图3-1)
