目的研究和探讨城市外来人口妇幼保健知识的知晓程度,指导和加强社区卫生服务工作具有重要意义。方法采用自制调研问卷进行妇幼保健知识知晓情况调查,随后对所有受试者进行妇幼保健知识的相关培训,再行二次调查,并进行结果比较。结果受试者性别比为男49%,女51%,年龄18~52周岁,文化程度以初中、高中居多,分别占47%、34%,职业以工人、农民为主,分别占42%、31%。受试者文化程度越高,其妇幼保健知识成绩评分越高。结论外来人口的妇幼保健知识知晓程度相对较低,相关知识的培训可有效提高受试者妇幼保健知识的了解程度。
Objective To study and explore the level of knowledge about MCH among urban migrants, and to guide and strengthen community health services. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to survey the knowledge of MCH, and then all maternal and child health knowledge related training was conducted for all the subjects, then the second survey was conducted and the results were compared. Results The sex ratio of the subjects was 49% for men and 51% for women with ages ranging from 18 to 52 years old. The educational level was mostly middle school and high school, accounting for 47% and 34% of the total respectively. Occupation was dominated by workers and peasants, accounting for 42% 31%. The higher the educational level of subjects, the higher the MCH score. Conclusion Maternal and child health awareness is relatively low among immigrants, and the training of related knowledge can effectively improve the understanding of maternal and child health knowledge.
