本文首先简要介绍了美国Lattice半导体公司PLSI/isPLSI器件的内部结构和布线资源,然后分析了其开发工具PDS实现布线的算法LPR,并针对LPR提出了如何提高器件的布通率。
This article first briefly introduces the internal structure and wiring resources of the PLSI / isPLSI device in Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, and then analyzes the algorithm LPR of the PDS for its development tools to achieve the wiring, and proposes how to improve the device through rate for the LPR.
