为进一步探讨Ki-67表达(以标记指数表示)与分化良好星形细胞瘤复发的关系,应用LSAB免疫染色法对58例大脑半球复发性分化良好星形细胞瘤的常规石蜡包埋组织标本进行Ki-67免疫组化染色,并观察肿瘤复发时间。结果发现Ki-67标记指数≤3％组与>3％组间肿瘤的复发时间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示Ki-67标记指数对分化良好星形细胞瘤是一个反映肿瘤增殖活性和预后的良好指标,可作为病理组织学诊断的参考和补充。
To further investigate the relationship between expression of Ki-67 (expressed as a labeling index) and recurrence of well-differentiated astrocytoma, routine paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 58 patients with recurrently differentiated cerebral hemispheres were performed using LSAB immunostaining. Ki-67 immunohistochemical staining and observation of tumor recurrence time. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the recurrence time between tumors with Ki-67 labeling index ≤3% and >3% (P<0.01). It is suggested that the Ki-67 labeling index is a good indicator of tumor proliferative activity and prognosis for well-differentiated astrocytoma, and can serve as a reference and supplement for histopathological diagnosis.
