目的探讨白血病患者中RNPC1的表达水平及其在白血病发生、发展中的意义。方法采用RT-PCR法、Western blot法分别从mRNA和蛋白质水平检测54例白血病患者和10例健康者骨髓单个核细胞中RNPC1的表达情况。采用χ2检验、t检验进行统计分析,比较各组RNPC1表达阳性率的差异。结果 (1)90.7%的白血病患者表达不同程度的RNPC1。(2)RNPC1在白血病患者中的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)多种分型的白血病中均有RNPC1表达,且各分型之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RNPC1过度表达在白血病的发病机制中起重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of RNPC1 in patients with leukemia and its significance in the occurrence and development of leukemia. Methods RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of RNPC1 in bone marrow mononuclear cells of 54 leukemia patients and 10 healthy controls. The χ2 test and t test were used for statistical analysis, and the difference of RNPC1 expression positive rate in each group was compared. Results (1) 90.7% of leukemia patients expressed different degrees of RNPC1. (2) The expression of RNPC1 in leukemia patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (3) The expression of RNPC1 was found in all kinds of leukemias, and there was no significant difference among the three subtypes (P> 0.05). Conclusion RNPC1 overexpression plays an important role in the pathogenesis of leukemia.
