2012年至2013年,环保水务部各级工会组织利用休息时间先后上门慰问职工778人次,以100%的覆盖率完成了为期两年的职工家访。2014年,环保水务部在总结“两年全覆盖”家访慰问工作经验的基础上,又开展了“三年全覆盖”家访慰问工作,进一步听取职工意见,解决职工诉求,将对职工的关心落到实处。本文以上海石化环保水务部污水处理车间为例,对该车间家访谈话谈心制度的实践进行全面分析,并就该制度如何进步完善,使之在思想政治工作中发挥更大作用提出对策建议。
From 2012 to 2013, the trade unions at all levels of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Water Affairs used their breaks to visit 778 people in person and completed a two-year home visit with 100% coverage. In 2014, on the basis of summing up the experience of “two years of full coverage” and home-visit condolences, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Water Resources carried out “three-year full coverage” home-visit condolence work to further listen to the opinions of employees and solve the demands of employees, The care of workers is implemented. Taking the wastewater treatment plant of Shanghai Petrochemical Environmental Protection and Waterworks Department as an example, the paper analyzes the practice of this workshop and discusses how to perfect the system and make it play a greater role in ideological and political work.
