表面发黑技术广泛应用于工具及机械零件的表面防护与装饰上。传统发黑工艺大多采用氢氧化钠与亚硝酸钠配成的碱性发黑剂,需经140℃以上加热氧化处理30~90min,不仅能耗大,生产周期长、工人劳动条件差,又含有亚硝酸类毒性物质,存在不少缺点。目前很多国家对此进行了研究,如美国Ingersoll-Rang公司用RT-S20常温发黑剂代替传统发黑工艺,可缩短生产时间50%,每年还可节省能源费2万美元以上;又如Chesco螺丝刀公司用其代替镀铬,克服了镀层经常剥落的疵病。我厂在无锡大学的协助下,采用了该校研制的H-845常温发黑
