分析分级护理管理制度在临床实施中出现的一些问题,如分级护理级别的确定问题、护理工作人员工作量过重的问题与工作中护理人员的职业素质等问题。通过科学分析,有针对性提出了解决办法,包括加强护理人员的培训,改革排班制度,加强监督管理,开展患者宣教等措施。最终,促进医患关系、护患关系的和谐发展,进而不断提高医院的临床护理水平。
Analyze some problems in the implementation of grading nursing management system in clinical practice, such as the grading of grading nursing level, the workload of nursing staff and the professional quality of nurses in work.
