依据离散强化涂层理论,根据实际工况要求,采用瞬态电能强化与离子束增强沉积(IBED)技术制备了离散复合强化涂层,并进行了强化机理分析。理论上制备出的离散复合强化层可提高钢表面的耐磨减摩性能。
According to the theory of dispersion strengthened coating, the discrete composite strengthening coating was prepared by transient electric energy enhanced and ion beam enhanced deposition (IBED) technology according to the actual working conditions, and the strengthening mechanism was analyzed. The discrete composite reinforcements prepared theoretically can improve the wear-resistant and friction-reducing properties of steel.
