近几年我国高新技术产品出口增长很快,特别是高新技术机电产品已占到全国高新技术产品出口的90%以上,年均出口增长30%以上。但由于低价出口的影响,非但没有扩大国际市场份额,反而使出口收益率逐年下降,严重地影响了高新技术企业技术的正常积累。对现代网络经济下的高新技术产品出口而言,“物有所值”是其高层次价格竞争的优势所在和基本法则。深入研究高新技术产品出口定价的价值规律和策略方法,对“十五”扩大高新技术产品出口,提高其出口收益率具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years, the export of high-tech products in our country has witnessed rapid growth. In particular, high-tech mechanical and electrical products account for over 90% of the total exports of high-tech products in the country with an average annual export growth of over 30%. However, due to the impact of low-cost exports, instead of expanding the international market share, the export rate of return has been declining year by year, seriously affecting the normal accumulation of technology in high-tech enterprises. For the export of hi-tech products under the modern network economy, “value for money” is the superiority and basic law of its high-level price competition. Studying in depth the value rules and tactics of export pricing of hi-tech products is of great practical significance for expanding the export of hi-tech products in the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” and raising the export rate of return.
