为了提高水平定向钻进的轨迹精度,对轨迹误差的影响因子进行了细致的推导,并结合工程实际对公式进行了一系列合理的简化。在公式的推导和简化过程中,针对施工中的不同条件对公式进行了选择性优化,使钻进轨迹误差受测量误差的影响尽量减小。利用实际施工中的具体环境参数,仿真了在相同测量误差下的轨迹误差在优化前后的差异,从而证明了该优化的可行性。利用优化后的算法,提出了在施工中要提高轨迹精度需要注意的问题,为钻进测量平台的设计和使用提供了指导。
In order to improve the trajectory accuracy of horizontal directional drilling, the influencing factors of trajectory error are carefully deduced, and a series of reasonable simplifications of the formula are combined with engineering practice. In the derivation and simplification of formula, the formula is optimized for different conditions in construction, so that the error of drilling trajectory is minimized due to measurement error. By using the specific environmental parameters in the actual construction, the difference of the trajectory error under the same measurement error before and after optimization is simulated, and the feasibility of the optimization is proved. By using the optimized algorithm, some problems which need to pay attention to in order to improve trajectory accuracy are put forward, which provide guidance for the design and application of drilling measurement platform.
