从SiC微粉生产流程的关键工艺需求入手,设计了硅微粉水溢流精密分级恒压供水系统。该系统以PLC为控制器,采用模糊PID算法,确保了系统稳定可靠地运行。简要介绍了该系统的硬件设计结构,并重点阐述了其软件算法的实现过程。同时,使用组态软件iFix开发监控软件系统,用来实现系统在线实时监控、参量历史查询、报警记录以及参数远程设定等功能。系统人机交互友好、操作方便。
Starting from the key process requirements of the SiC powder production process, a fine grading constant pressure water supply system of silica powder water overflow was designed. This system regards PLC as the controller, uses the fuzzy PID algorithm, has guaranteed the system runs stably and reliably. Briefly introduces the hardware design structure of the system, and focuses on the realization of its software algorithm. At the same time, the use of configuration software iFix development monitoring software system used to achieve the system online real-time monitoring, parameter history query, alarm logging and remote parameter settings and other functions. System man-machine interaction friendly and easy to operate.
