采用不同表面状态的石墨粉和以不同方式加入到Al Ti合金的方法来制备Al Ti C晶粒细化剂。采用金相显微镜观察了Al Ti C合金的微观组织 ,采用Leco装置检测了Al Ti C合金中的碳含量。结果表明 ,在制备Al Ti C合金过程中 ,石墨表面经预处理后可以提高石墨收得率 ,在石墨粉中掺入铝粉及添加剂R能急剧提高石墨的收得率
Al Ti C grain refiners were prepared using different surface states of graphite powder and in different ways to the Al Ti alloy. The microstructure of Al Ti C alloy was observed by optical microscope and the carbon content in Al Ti C alloy was measured by Leco device. The results show that graphite pretreatment can improve the yield of graphite during the preparation of Al Ti C alloy. The incorporation of aluminum powder and additive R into graphite powder can dramatically increase the yield of graphite
