本文从培养学生专业能力、方法能力和社会能力出发,通过基于工作过程的《食用菌生产技术》课程评价改革,提出融工作与职业操守、实践操作技术、项目结果考核、项目报告、学习态度、职业行为等为一体的以能力为中心的全程化考核方法。通过改革激发学生的学习兴趣,探索了一套有利于高技能人才培养的课程考核评价体系,有效地提高了教学质量,增加学生就业能力,满足企业对高技能人才需要。
Based on the cultivation of students’ professional abilities, method abilities and social abilities, this paper evaluates the reform of curriculum of edible fungus production technology based on the work process and puts forward the suggestions of financial work and ethics, practical operation technology, project result evaluation, project report, study attitude, Professional behavior as one of the ability-centered full assessment method. Through the reform to stimulate students’ interest in learning, this paper explores a set of curriculum evaluation system that is conducive to the training of highly skilled personnel, which effectively improves the quality of teaching, increases the employability of students and meets the needs of highly skilled personnel.
