目的：评价角膜缘移植联合穿透性角膜移植的效果。方法：对９例（９只眼）行角膜缘移植的同时行穿透性角膜移植术，术后随访３～７个月。结果：植片透明率为８８．８９％，视力均有明显提高。结论：角膜缘移植联合穿透性角膜移植一次性手术可明显改善植片的预后及视功能，是重建角膜表面一种合理的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of limbal transplantation combined with penetrating keratoplasty. Methods: Penetrating keratoplasty was performed in 9 patients (9 eyes) underwent corneal limbal transplantation. The patients were followed up for 3 to 7 months. Results: The transparent rate of the grafts was 88.89%, visual acuity was significantly improved. CONCLUSION: One-time operation of corneal limbal transplantation combined with penetrating keratoplasty can significantly improve the prognosis and visual function of the implants. It is a reasonable treatment for reconstructing the corneal surface.
