PCCP管具有合理的复合结构、承受内外压较高、接头密封性好、抗震能力强、施工方便快捷、防腐性能好、维护方便等特性,广泛应用于长距离输水干线。大口径PCCP管线穿越的河流为八道河,位于管线桩号D81+964.602—D82+493.589处,穿越长度为528.978m,其中桩号D82+128-D82+393为格宾石笼防护,防护长度为265m;桩号D82+054-D82+453段为120°混凝土管包管,包管长度为399m。该段河道滩地一般高程90.3m,河道底高程为87.3m,最大流量为5年一遇汛后7.6m3/s。根据现场实际条件,决定施工期河道降排水采取围堰导流、大口径井点降水结合明排方案。
