某厂1700冷连轧机改造中外商仅提供了单锥度辊的辊形,缺少配套的窜辊模型。通过深入研究辊形结构和边降控制机理,建立了冷轧机单锥度辊边降控制窜辊模型,分析了模型参数S0和SP的影响因素,推导了数学模型表达式。通过现场试验发现了产品带钢边降增量Δed与ΔSP之间为对数关系,并得到了模型参数。该窜辊模型对于实现冷轧带钢边降的精确控制具有重大价值。
A factory 1700 tandem cold mill in the transformation of Chinese and foreign investors only provided a single taper roll shape, the lack of matching channeling roll model. Through in-depth study of roll structure and side-drop control mechanism, the roll-shift model of single-taper roll-edge drop control for cold rolling mill is established. The influencing factors of model parameters S0 and SP are analyzed and the expression of mathematical model is deduced. Through the field test, the logarithmic relationship between Δde and ΔSP was found and the model parameters were obtained. The channeling roller model is of great value for the precise control of the side-drop of cold-rolled strip.
