Virtual reality is a new type of human-computer interaction system, its application range will be more and more widely. Product development in virtual environment provides powerful technical support for the implementation of concurrent engineering. The virtual design technology, virtual manufacturing technology and virtual assembly technology in the virtual environment for product development are discussed.
