复杂液压管网的泄漏检测是液压系统面临的难点之一。采用LabVIEW与FoxPro数据库结合的方法,开发了阵列式光纤传感管网泄漏监测系统软件。该软件控制NI公司数据采集卡PXI-6133采集经调制后的光纤传感器干涉信号,再对获得的信号进行降噪处理,根据降噪后的波形是否出现零点频率判断管道是否泄漏并进行报警;该系统还可实时显示各管道的流量与压力的变化;同时能够对泄漏数据以及流量压力数据实现数据库实时存储、查询或删除。实验证明,该系统具有较高的实时性和可操作性,较好地实现了复杂液压管网泄漏监测的智能化和自动化。
Complicated hydraulic pipe network leak detection hydraulic system is one of the difficulties. Using the combination of LabVIEW and FoxPro database, we developed an array fiber optic sensor network leak monitoring system software. The software controls the NI company data acquisition card PXI-6133 to collect the modulated optical fiber sensor interference signal, and then obtains the signal to carry on the noise reduction processing, judges whether the pipeline leaks and reports to the police according to the zero frequency after the noise reduction waveform appears; The system can also display real-time changes in the flow and pressure of each pipeline; at the same time, real-time database storage, query or deletion of the leakage data and the flow pressure data can be realized. Experiments show that the system has high real-time and maneuverability, and better realize the intelligent and automation of complex hydraulic pipe network leakage monitoring.
