介绍包括匈牙利在内的中东欧16国中医药发展概况,并从海外中医人的角度,提出了把握“一带一路”契机,推动中医药在中东欧国家发展的战略思考。在总结匈牙利成功实现中医立法经验基础上,提出中东欧中医药发展当以中医药技术和疗效为切入点,以制定沿线国家统一的国际中医药标准为原则,以建立当地的中医药医疗中心为手段,以双方政府立项、多方参与、市场运作为机制,进而推动当地实现中医立法。 This article introduces the general situation of development of Chinese medicine in 16 Central and Eastern European countries including Hungary, and from the perspective of overseas Chinese medicine practitioners, puts forward the strategic thinking on how to grasp the opportunity of “One Belt and One Road” and promote the development of Chinese medicine in Central and Eastern European countries. On the basis of summarizing the successful experience of TCM legislation in Hungary, it is proposed that the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Central and Eastern Europe should take the traditional Chinese medicine technology and curative effect as the starting point and the principle of establishing a unified international Chinese medicine standard along the line as its principle, and establish a local Chinese medicine medical center as Means to both the government projects, multi-party participation, market operation as a mechanism to further promote the local Chinese medicine legislation.
