我院应用ATP静脉注射转复阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)20例,结果转复迅速,疗效确切,且无明显副作用。现介绍并讨论如下。一、一般资料20例PSVT中,男16例,女4例,年龄为19～61岁,平均为38岁。本组患者均有反复发作史,发作时经本院心电图证实为PSVT。
Our hospital application of ATP intravenous injection of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in 20 cases, the results of rapid recovery, the exact effect, and no significant side effects. Now introduced and discussed below. First, the general information 20 PSVT, 16 males and 4 females, aged 19 to 61 years, with an average of 38 years old. This group of patients have recurrent seizures, seizures confirmed by our hospital ECG PSVT.
