为探讨早产儿外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞 (Th)亚群功能特点 ,以足月新生儿为对照 ,ELISA法检测 2 1例早产儿外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)体外产生γ 干扰素(IFN γ)、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、IL 4和IL 6水平。结果显示 :早产儿PBMC体外产生IFN γ、IL 2、IL 4和IL 6水平均明显低于足月儿 ,尤以IFN γ和IL 2更为突出。表明早产儿Th(包括Th1和Th2 )细胞功能明显低于足月儿 ,但其Th1/Th2 功能状态与足月儿相似 ,即Th2 细胞功能占优势 ,相对强于Th1细胞亚群
To investigate the functional characteristics of helper T lymphocyte (Th) subsets in peripheral blood of premature infants, full-term newborn infants were used as controls. The levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells γ), interleukin 2 (IL 2), IL 4 and IL 6 levels. The results showed that the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 produced by PBMC in preterm infants were significantly lower than those in term infants, especially IFNγ and IL-2. The results showed that the function of Th (including Th1 and Th2) cells in preterm infants was significantly lower than that in term infants, but the function of Th1 / Th2 cells was similar to full-term infants. Th2 cells were predominant in function and stronger in Th1 cell subsets
