随着互联网技术的迅速发展，在“互联网＋”模式下，初创企业的融资问题得到有效缓解，但同时也迎来较大的法律风险。虽然我国出台了很多规范股权众筹行为管理办法，有效防范股权众筹风险，但仍存在诸多问题，亟须完善的法律法规予以应对。文章将重点阐述我国股权众筹平台运行的法律风险及应对策略。
