大叶芹为多年生草本植物, 在0.6 度郁闭条件下生长最佳,其不定牙分化的数量和质量是栽培产量的重要基础。本研究在3 个不同时期进行野生大叶芹移植试验和利用人工培育幼苗的栽植密度试验,以探讨通过家植途径达到高产优质的目标。试验结果表明,野生大叶芹移植的适应时期在4 月下旬至5 月上旬;6 月中下旬,待人工培育幼苗长至6~8cm 高时,采取每穴定植3~4 株,丛距5cm ,行距10cm 的栽植方式,在露地及保护地栽培条件下,平均亩产可达1633~1720kg。
Large leaf celery is a perennial herb, which grows best under the conditions of 0.6 degree canopy. The quantity and quality of adventitious tooth differentiation are the important basis for the cultivation yield. In this study, we carried out the experiments of transplanting wild Celastrus angustifolia in three different periods and the planting densities using artificial breeding seedlings to explore the goal of high yield and good quality through the method of home planting. The results showed that the adaption period of wild Celastrus angustifolia was from late April to early May. When the seedlings grew up to 6 ~ 8cm in the middle and late June, 3 ~ 4 plants per hole and 5cm , Spacing 10cm planting methods, in open field and protected cultivation conditions, the average yield of up to 1633 ~ 1720kg.
