为了解近3年武汉地区致病性真菌的种类，作者采用不同的真菌鉴别培养基对取自人体不同部位的病变标本进行培养鉴定。结果显示红色毛癣菌和念珠菌属是引起皮肤浅表真菌病的主要病原菌，深部真菌病中以念珠菌病为主，滥用皮质类固醇激素软膏、抗生素是诱发念珠菌病增多的一个重要原因。
In order to understand the types of pathogenic fungi in Wuhan in recent 3 years, the authors used different fungal identification media to culture and identify the lesion samples taken from different parts of human body. The results showed that Trichophyton rubrum and Candida species are the main pathogens that cause superficial mycosis in the skin. Candidiasis is the predominant disease in deep mycosis, and corticosteroid ointment is abused. Antibiotics is an important reason for the increase of candidiasis.
