本文利用盆栽实验研究了 L a Cl3对烟草幼苗的生物效应。在烟苗长到 3~ 4片叶时 ,用不同浓度的 L a-Cl3溶液喷施 ,实验结果表明 :2 5~ 75 m g/ L L a Cl3的溶液均能促进烟苗的生长 ,增加株高、单株干重和根干重 ,提高根 /冠比 ,增加叶片的叶绿素含量和提高叶片的净光合速率。处理的烟苗抗寒性也有所增强。烟苗在 0~ 2℃的低温下 ,原生质结构破坏的程度减轻 ,外渗物质的量减少 ,处理的比对照的电导率减少 0 .0 1~ 0 .18× 10 - 4 s/ m。喷 L a Cl3溶液的烟苗叶片总含水量有所下降 ,但束缚水含量提高 ,蒸腾强度下降
In this paper, pot experiments were conducted to study the biological effects of L a Cl3 on tobacco seedlings. When the tobacco seedlings grew to 3 ~ 4 leaves, they were sprayed with different concentrations of L a-Cl3 solution. The results showed that: 25 ~ 75 mg / L a Cl3 solution can promote the growth of tobacco seedlings and increase plant height , Dry weight per plant and root dry weight, increase root / shoot ratio, increase leaf chlorophyll content and increase net photosynthetic rate of leaves. Cold-blooded tobacco seedlings have also been enhanced.
