敢于讲真话,乐于听真话,这原本是做人最起码的准则。尤其是有职有权的领导者,更应成为实事求是的楷模。可是,在现实生活中,有些单位、部门的领导者,却反其道而行之,『鼓励』部属讲假话,本人乐于听假话。究其原因,很大程度上与讲真话挨了『耳光』,讲假话却尝到『甜头』的事例太多有关。相传,从前有个土财主,五十开外才得一子,高兴得喜出望外。婴儿满月那天,他大摆宴席庆贺。吩咐奶妈抱着婴儿让宾客赏容。有个人说:『这个孩子将来必做大官』,财主当即赏他二两银子。又有个人说:
