目的评价超氧歧化酶(SOD)诊断及检测卵巢癌的临床价值。方法测定26例卵巢癌、32例卵巢良性病变及16例正常妇女血清总超氧歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧歧化酶(Mn-SOD)。结果卵巢癌Mn-SOD较卵巢良性病变及正常妇女明显低(P<0.05)。Mn-SOD诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度为72%,特异度为83.33%,Mn-SOD结合CA125诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度为92%,特异度为100%。动态观察14例患者6~12个月,Mn-SOD及CA125值与病情转归一致。结论 Mn-SOD及CA125在卵巢癌诊断及监测中有较好的一致性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the clinical value of detecting ovarian cancer. Methods Serum total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) were measured in 26 cases of ovarian cancer, 32 cases of benign ovarian lesions and 16 normal women. Results The ovarian cancer Mn-SOD was significantly lower than the benign ovarian lesions and normal women (P <0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of Mn-SOD for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were 72% and 83.33%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of Mn-SOD combined with CA125 in diagnosing ovarian cancer were 92% and 100% respectively. Dynamic observation of 14 patients 6 to 12 months, Mn-SOD and CA125 values consistent with the disease outcome. Conclusion Mn-SOD and CA125 have good consistency in the diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer.
