走鹅卵石健身的“踏石健身法”是老年人很喜欢的一种锻炼方法。人体足底有很多穴位,按照祖国医学治病的原理,通过踏石运动给这些穴位以适当的刺激,可以促进全身血液循环,确实能起到一定的健身防病的效果。但是踏石健身运动并非人人皆宜,有些老年人就不宜选择此项健身运动。
Take the pebble fitness “stepping stone fitness law” is the elderly like a kind of exercise method. There are many acupoints in the human foot. According to the principle of medical treatment in the motherland, appropriate stimulation can be given to these acupuncture points by means of stepping stones, which can promote systemic blood circulation and indeed play a role in fitness and disease prevention. However, stepping stone fitness exercise is not suitable for everyone, some older people should not choose this exercise.
