第一批18个省级分行、计划单列市分行“三讲”教育工作,自6月7日开始,经过近3个月的紧张工作,目前已基本告一段落。从“三讲”教育开展的情况看,我认为领导比较得力,发展比较健康,成效比较明显,基本上达到了中央、金融工委和总行党委的要求。(一)主要特点1、思想发动比较充分。“三讲”教育开始后,各分行把统一思想、提高认识作为“三讲”教育的基础工作来抓,始终注意搞好思想发动,形成浓厚的“三讲”教育氛围。分行党委从提高自身思想认识入手,深刻认识开展“三讲”教育的必要性和重要性,把“三讲”教育列为党建工作的重中之重。同时大力做好干部职工的思想发
