为开发浙江省４３２８８万亩海涂资源，在上虞市和温岭市海涂建立科技示范园区．在建园和示范过程中，按标准化技术体系建设农田；按“三优化”模式建设防护林和“排、压、耕、平，合理布局”，进行盐斑治理；调整产业结构，综合发展果蔬、棉花和水产养殖；利用地理信息系统建立农业生产数据库并建设了农业服务体系．经１９９６～２０００年示范实践结果，增加社会经济效益１．５亿多元，可以 为浙江省海涂农业综合开发和持续利用借鉴．
For the development of 432,888 mu of sea cucumber resources in Zhejiang Province, in Shangyu City and Wenling Haitang to establish science and technology demonstration park. After 1996-2008 demonstration results, increasing social and economic benefits of more than 150 million yuan, can be integrated utilization of coastal agricultural development in Zhejiang Province and sustainable use of reference.
