在建筑工程结构施工过程中,经常会遇到墙体需用单侧支模的情况,例如地下室外墙采用先砌保护墙,后施工钢筋混凝土墙体等。过去钢筋混凝土墙体单侧支模时,多采用大模板,支撑加固体系多采用桁架,造成材料浪费,且施工难度大,极易跑模、胀模,混凝土墙面的平整度、垂直度也差,施工质量无法保证。经过实践,采用小钢模单侧支模的施工方法,可以获得良好的效果。
In the construction process of the construction project, it is often encountered that the wall needs to use a unilateral support mold. For example, the underground outdoor wall adopts the first protective wall and the rear reinforced concrete wall. In the past, when reinforced concrete walls were unilaterally supported, large templates were used. Trusses were frequently used in the reinforcement systems, resulting in material wastage and difficulty in construction. It was easy to run molds and expansion molds. The flatness and verticality of concrete walls were also high. Poor, construction quality cannot be guaranteed. After practice, a small steel mold unilateral mold construction method can obtain good results.
