自从ploton于1986年报道了改良的一步法AgNOR染色技术以来,国内外病理学家和细胞学工作者将细胞核仁组成区相关蛋白(Nuelecoleolar Organizer associated protein,AgNOR)技术应用于肿瘤病理学和细胞学的诊断和研究中。近年来有较多的文献报告此技术对区别良、恶性病变有其重要的意义。本文应用AgNOR染色法对83例不同部位肿块穿刺细胞涂片进行了定量研究,探讨其AgNOR染色对其良恶性肿瘤在鉴别诊断中的价值。
Since the publication of a modified one-step AgNOR staining technique by Ploton in 1986, pathologists and cytologists at home and abroad have applied Nuelecoleolar Organizer associated protein (AgNOR) technology to tumor pathology and cytology Diagnosis and research. In recent years, there are many reports that this technique is of great significance for distinguishing between benign and malignant lesions. In this paper, AgNOR staining 83 cases of different parts of the tumor biopsy cells were quantified to explore its AgNOR staining of its benign and malignant tumors in the differential diagnosis value.
