测定了三种类型攀枝花球团矿和普通球团矿的膨胀性能,证明球团矿的急剧膨胀发生在Fe_2O_3向Fe_3O_4还原转变阶段。用X射线衍射法证实,铁氧化物晶粒间存在着微区应力,微区应力的大小同外加阳离子的种类、数量和温度等有关。钠离子导致的微区应力远比钙离子为大。提出了消除微区应力和球团矿粉化的方法。
The swelling properties of the three types of Panzhihua pellets and ordinary pellets were determined. It was proved that the rapid expansion of pellets occurred in the transition from Fe_2O_3 to Fe_3O_4. X-ray diffraction confirmed that the iron oxide grains exist between the micro-zone stress, the size of the micro-zone stress with the addition of cationic species, quantity and temperature related. Sodium ion-induced micro-zone stress is much larger than calcium ions. Proposed to eliminate the micro-zone stress and pellets pulverization method.
