①目的探索活性结膜的保存方法。②方法对深低温保存53,362,1123d的兔结膜,分别进行琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-P)、腺苷三磷酸酶(ATP)活性测定;对深低温保存349~386d的兔结膜行同种异体移植实验,观察术后兔脾脏和结膜植片的组织病理学改变;对深低温保存76~535d的人尸结膜临床移植效果进行了随访观察。③结果深低温保存兔结膜的各种酶活性与对照组新鲜兔结膜无明显差异;术后8~78d,兔脾小结增生活跃,说明深低温保存兔结膜仍有抗原性,但结膜植片愈合良好,炎性细胞逐渐消退,仅上皮细胞层数减少。深低温保存人尸结膜临床移植后随访0.12~2.50年,全部结膜植片均原位存活,但移植30d后有的植片新生血管较多,有的植片呈轻度皱缩表现。④结论深低温保存结膜法是一种活性结膜保存法,可为临床随时提供移植材料,是眼库长期保存活结膜组织的一种较理想方法。
① Objective To explore the preservation of active conjunctiva. Methods The rabbit conjunctiva of 53,362,1123 days were preserved in hypothermia, and the effects of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD), lactate dehydrogenase Glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-P) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATP) were assayed. The rabbit conjunctiva was preserved for 349-386 days in cryogenic condition. The histopathological changes were observed. The clinical effect of transplanting corpse and conjunctiva in 76 ~ 535 days after cryopreservation was observed. Results The activities of cryopreservation rabbit conjunctiva showed no significant difference with those of fresh rabbit in control group. After 8 ~ 78 days, the proliferation of rabbit splenic nodules was active, which indicated that the cryopreservation of rabbit conjunctiva still had antigenicity, but the conjunctival graft healed Good, inflammatory cells gradually subsided, only the number of epithelial cells decreased. Cryopreservation of corpse conjunctiva clinical follow-up of 0.12 ~ 2.50 years, all conjunctival grafts survived in situ, but after transplantation 30d some implants new angioplasty, and some showed mild shrinkage shrinkage which performed. ④Conclusion Deep cryopreservation conjunctiva method is a kind of active conjunctival preservation method, which can provide transplanted material at any time in clinic. It is a more ideal method to preserve live conjunctival tissue in eye bank for a long time.
