The magnificent goal of economic reform and the four modernizations has given the bank an important place and a daunting task. However, our current bank has not really become the nerve center of the national economy, our credit and interest leverage have not been able to play their due role. One of the important reasons is that our management tools are lagging behind and lack a large number of talents with modern financial management and business knowledge.
