目的 探讨苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及其复合物对高脂大鼠脂代谢和血浆一氧化氮的影响。方法 选择健康大鼠5 0只,随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各半,单笼饲养,分别用普通饲料、高脂饲料、苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及苦瓜大豆异黄酮复合物干预8周,测定血脂含量及一氧化氮。结果 苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及苦瓜大豆异黄酮复合物对高脂大鼠饲喂8周后,MF、SF、MSF的TC、TG、VLDL、LDL明显低于高脂饲料组(P <0 0 5 ) ,HDL明显高于HFF(P <0 0 5 ) ;MF、SF、MSF的NO明显高于HFF(P <0 0 5 )。结论 苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮均有降血脂和改善血管内皮功能的作用,这对促进机体脂质代谢,预防高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effects of momordination hormones, soy isoflavones and their complexes on lipid metabolism and plasma nitric oxide in rats with high fat. Methods A total of 50 healthy rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups. Each group consisted of 10 males and females. The animals were housed in single cages. They were fed normal diet, high-fat diet, momordicin, soy isoflavones and bitter gourd soy isoflavone complexes. Eight weeks after intervention, blood lipid levels and nitric oxide were measured. Results After 8 weeks feeding of momordicin, soy isoflavones and bitter melon soy isoflavone complex on high-fat rats, TC, TG, VLDL and LDL of MF, SF and MSF were significantly lower than those of high-fat diet group (P<0. 5), HDL was significantly higher than HFF (P <0 05); MF, SF, MSF NO was significantly higher than HFF (P <0 05). Conclusion Both momordrin and soy isoflavones have the effect of lowering blood fat and improving vascular endothelial function, which is of great significance in promoting lipid metabolism and preventing hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis.
