通过化学氧化聚合法制备了不同反应条件下的PANI/TiO_2复合材料。利用正交试验验证了苯胺与过硫酸铵摩尔比、反应温度、TiO_2用量及盐酸用量对光催化剂性能的影响。以KBF染料模拟废水为研究对象,考察了PANI/TiO_2复合材料在可见光条件下降解水中有机物的效果。结果表明,合成反应的最优条件是,苯胺0.3 g、二氧化钛1.5 g、盐酸250 m L(1.2 mol/L)、反应温度5℃、过硫酸铵1.47g、搅拌时间140 min。聚苯胺对纳米TiO_2光催化剂的改性,显著改善了催化剂的光催化性能,可有效降解KBF染料。
PANI / TiO 2 composites were prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization under different reaction conditions. The effects of molar ratio of aniline to ammonium persulfate, reaction temperature, the amount of TiO 2 and the amount of hydrochloric acid on the photocatalytic performance were verified by orthogonal experiments. KBF dye simulated wastewater was used as the research object to investigate the effect of PANI / TiO_2 composites on degradation of organic compounds in water under visible light conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the synthesis were as follows: aniline 0.3 g, titanium dioxide 1.5 g, hydrochloric acid 250 m L (1.2 mol / L), reaction temperature 5 ℃, ammonium persulfate 1.47g and stirring time 140 min. Polyaniline modified nano-TiO 2 photocatalyst significantly improved the photocatalytic performance of the catalyst, which can effectively degrade KBF dye.
