2010年7月至2012年4月我科共行三切口食管癌根治术42例,其中15例术后出现严重肺部感染,行气道介入治疗或呼吸机治疗,取得一定的疗效,现总结其治疗经验。1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料全组共15例,男11例,女4例;年龄65.7(56～72)岁。胸中上段食管癌13例,颈段食管癌2例;术前均经胃镜病理诊断为食管鳞状细胞癌,均行经左颈、右胸和腹部三切
From July 2010 to April 2012, 42 cases of radical resection of esophageal cancer were performed in our department. Among them, 15 cases had severe pulmonary infection after operation and were treated with airway interventional therapy or ventilator to achieve certain curative effect. Its treatment experience. 1 Clinical data and methods 1.1 General Information The whole group of 15 cases, 11 males and 4 females; aged 65.7 (56 to 72) years old. Upper thoracic esophageal cancer in 13 cases, cervical esophageal cancer in 2 cases; preoperative gastroscopy pathological diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, were performed by the left neck, right chest and abdomen, all three
