薪酬管理是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容,其管理的科学性直接关系到企业员工的切身利益和企业的未来发展。薪酬管理与人力资源管理联系紧密,对人才招聘、吸引人才和减少人才流动具有无可替代的作用。现阶段,企业的薪酬管理不能适应人力市场的需求,不能激励员工工作的积极性,严重影响企业的发展,因此,本文根据企业发展的实际情况,提出了企业薪酬管理制度创新,建立新的薪酬管理体系,为现代化的人力资源管理提供了参考的依据。
Compensation management is an important part of modern enterprise human resource management. The scientific management of the enterprise directly relates to the immediate interests of the employees and the future development of the enterprise. Payroll management and human resources management are closely linked, which have an irreplaceable effect on talent recruitment, attracting talent and reducing the flow of talent. At this stage, the enterprise salary management can not meet the needs of the human market, can not motivate the enthusiasm of staff work, seriously affecting the development of enterprises, therefore, this paper based on the actual situation of enterprise development, proposed corporate pay management system innovation, the establishment of a new payroll management System, providing a reference for modern human resources management.
