目的优化β-榄香烯聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒的制备工艺。方法以聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(polybutylcyanoacrylate,PBCA)为载药材料,采用界面缩聚法,以包封率为考察指标,通过单因素试验及正交试验设计优化制备工艺。结果该工艺条件下制得的纳米粒,形态规整,无黏连,大小较为均匀,平均粒径254 nm,平均包封率90.17%。结论本实验优化的制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the preparation of β-elemene polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles. Methods Polybutylcyanoacrylate (PBCA) was used as the drug-loading material and the interfacial polycondensation method was used to determine the entrapment efficiency. The single factor test and orthogonal design were used to optimize the preparation process. Results The nanoparticles prepared under the above process conditions showed regular shape and no adhesions with a uniform size of 254 nm and an average entrapment efficiency of 90.17%. Conclusion The experimental optimization of the preparation process is stable and feasible.
