作者测定了全省6个地区的15个县的棉蚜样本,与用药较晚的宁晋样本比较,抗性指数超过5倍的有7个,超过3倍的有3个,证明河北省棉蚜对澳氰菊酯确已产生抗性,而且相当普遍。其中,正定县三角村棉蚜对溴氰菊酯的抗性属于全省最高水平之列,与敏感品系比较,抗性指数已达311倍。为延长拟除虫菊酯的使用寿命,为延缓棉铃虫对此类药剂的抗性,认为应降低拟除虫菊酯类农药的使用频率,加强农药的交替使用,混合使用及抗性监测。
The authors measured cotton aphid samples from 15 counties in 6 districts in the province. Compared with Ningjin samples which were used late, the authors found 7 resistance indexes over 5 times and 3 over 3 times. Aphids do have resistance to the cypermethrin and are quite common. Among them, the delta of cotton aphid in delta area of Zhengding county belongs to the highest level of the province, and compared with the susceptible strain, the resistance index has reached 311 times. In order to prolong the service life of pyrethroids and to delay the resistance of the bollworm to such agents, it is considered that the frequency of use of the pyrethroid pesticides should be reduced and the use, mixing and resistance monitoring of pesticides should be strengthened.
