On May 14, 2008, ULVAC, the top consultant of Japan Vacuum Co., Ltd., international editorial board member of Vacuum Magazine, and Vacuum Technology Achievement Award of China Vacuum Association. Dr. LIN Zhaodu, famous professor of Tsinghua University, Mr. Cha Liangzhen and relevant organizations invited Tsinghua University made a goodwill visit and made a high-level academic report. From May 15 to May 15, 2008, Dr. Lin Zhidong, at the invitation of Su Yuan, director of Shenyang Vacuum Technology Research Institute of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, paid a friendly visit to Shenyang and congratulated the 50th anniversary of Shenyang Institute of Vacuum Technology , During the Shenyang event by “vacuum” magazine editorial board vice president
