拮抗菌S2 3用 4号培养基培养的发酵滤液对棉花黄萎病菌的抑制作用较强。在该培养基的基础上研究发现 ,菌龄 7d ,振荡培养 4d的发酵滤液抑菌作用最强 ;培养液的初始 pH值为6 ,摇床转速为 2 0 0r/min时 ,发酵滤液的抑菌作用最强 ;当葡萄糖为碳源 ,花生饼粉或黄豆饼粉为氮源时 ,发酵滤液的抑菌作用最强。
Antagonistic bacteria S2 3 with 4 culture medium fermentation filtrate on cotton Verticillium dahliae strong inhibitory effect. On the basis of this culture medium, it was found that the fermentation filtrate with 7d germ-row culture and shaking culture for 4 days showed the strongest antibacterial effect. The initial pH value of culture medium was 6 and the speed of shaking bed was 200r / min. The strongest effect of bacteria; when glucose as a carbon source, peanut meal or soybean meal powder as a nitrogen source, the fermentation filtrate the strongest antibacterial effect.
