目的研制一种航天服上躯干结构的模拟工效架,并验证其应用效果。方法根据航天服上躯干结构的组成,设计研制上躯干结构工效架,用以模拟上躯干结构构型。应用工效架开展对俄罗斯Orlan航天服以及美国EMU的肩法兰布局方案的对比实验研究。结果上躯干结构工效架成功模拟Orlan与EMU的肩法兰布局;美国EMU肩法兰布局对于上肢操作空间的影响总体上小于Orlan航天服;两种肩法兰布局方案对操作空间的影响与志愿者身高存在一定相互关系。结论研制的航天服上躯干结构工效架可实现对于一定范围内上躯干结构构型的模拟,可作为上躯干结构构型设计理论研究以及产品研制方案的评价实验平台。
Objective To develop a simulation ergonomic frame for the spacesuit upper torso structure and verify its application effect. Methods According to the composition of the upper torso structure of the space suit, an ergonomic frame on the upper torso was designed and developed to simulate the structure of the upper torso. Results The upper torso structure ergonomics successfully simulated the shoulder flange layout of Orlan and EMU. CONCLUSIONS The spacecraft upper torso structure ergonomic frame can be used to simulate the structure of the upper torso within a certain range. It can be used as a theoretical research platform for the structural design of the upper torso and an experimental platform for evaluating the product development plan.
