目的探析玻璃酸钠涂布于腹腔镜下巨大子宫肌瘤切除术分离创面后腹腔粘连的效果。方法选取2012年8月-2014年8月广和中西医结合医院收治的86例经腹腔镜切除巨大子宫肌瘤的患者为研究对象,并将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组43例患者,行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术,观察组43例患者,行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术并在分离创面涂布玻璃酸钠,分析对比两组患者手术后腹腔粘连情况及术后并发症。结果观察组术后粘连为Ⅰ级者占30.23%(13/43),轻度粘连率为86.05%(37/43),均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者术后肛门排气时间为(28.5±10.6)h,早于对照组,术后体温为(37.6±1.5)℃,低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下进行巨大子宫肌瘤切除术的分离创面,经玻璃酸钠涂布后,腹腔内粘连现象明显减少,患者术后排气时间有效提前,且经玻璃酸钠涂抹后,能够有效降低创口感染率,使患者术后体温保持在相对正常的范围,术后患者舒适度较高,值得临床广泛推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate coating on abdominal adhesions after laparoscopic hysterectomy for myomectomy. Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of giant uterine fibroids from August 2012 to August 2014 in Guanghe Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were enrolled. The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and control group 43 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy, the observation group of 43 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy and wounds were coated with sodium hyaluronate, analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with postoperative abdominal adhesions and Postoperative complications. Results The postoperative adhesion rate was grade Ⅰ in 30.23% (13/43) and mild adhesion rate was 86.05% (37/43) in the observation group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The time of postoperative anal exhaust in the observation group was (28.5 ± 10.6) h, which was earlier than that in the control group. The postoperative temperature was (37.6 ± 1.5) ℃, lower than that in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy for the separation of wounds, after sodium hyaluronate coating, the phenomenon of intra-abdominal adhesions was significantly reduced, the patient’s effective postoperative exhaust time in advance, and after being coated with sodium hyaluronate, can effectively reduce Wound infection rate, so that patients with postoperative body temperature maintained at a relatively normal range, postoperative patients with higher comfort, it is widely recommended in clinical.
