弧焊机器人在现代焊接生产中正在发挥越来越重要的作用,但目前现有焊接电源很难满足机器人系统对电源的要求,为了充分发挥其优势,本论文开展了全数字化控制机器人用IGBT逆变弧焊电源的研究工作。首先,建立了高响应速度为500AIGBT逆变弧焊整流器;其次,建立了功能丰富、实时性好及适用范围广的全数字控制系统,并对其进行了可靠性与抗干扰设计;最后,对低碳钢进行了工艺实验,实验结果表明,达到了设计要求。
Arc welding robots are playing more and more important roles in the modern welding production. However, at present, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the robot system for the power supply. In order to give full play to its advantages, this thesis carried out a full digital control robot IGBT inverter Variable arc welding power supply research work. First of all, a 500AIGBT inverter arc welding rectifier with high response speed is established. Secondly, an all-digital control system with rich functions, good real-time performance and wide application range is established, and its reliability and anti-jamming design are established. Finally, Mild steel for the process experiment, the experimental results show that the design requirements have been reached.
